Chip is in a very interesting position. I personally see him succeeding. He's done things the way he wants to do them and I've always said him and Bill were similar. Chip has always been a few steps ahead of other coaches, whether it's practice style or focusing on sports science. I believe he'll be the coach that gets us to the Super Bowl.
