The young lady is quite charming, and her recipe sounds really great, and I will try it immediately.
My only concern is for the reuse of the marinade. The marinade has been in contact with raw pork, and is used at the very end of the cooking for basting. I don't think this is advisable.
This is true. I know a lot of people that do it, but of course it's not very safe. It's better to cook some extra marinade and leave until morning to use that for when it's in the oven.
Have fun making it though! It's very tasty.
