'Weird Loners' canceled at Fox alongside 'The Following,' 'Backstrom'
In addition to the cancellations of The Following, Backstrom and The Mindy Project, short-lived freshman comedy Weird Loners has been axed too, EW has learned. Fall series Mulaney, Red Band Society and Utopia are also now officially canceled (Fox refused to confirm their fates for months).

I never watched "Weird Loners" but I pretty much assumed it would get axed. The promos and title just SCREAM "I'm trying so hard to be relevant."
