Probably more beneficial for Tesla to get a fine from the Labor board than to see their workers become members of the UAW.

The National Labor Relations Board complaint claims Tesla violated workers' rights by requiring them to sign a confidentiality agreement.

This is as much a tech company as an auto plant, these agreements are commonplace and needed in tech.

Complaints were filed by three employees and the United Auto Workers union, which has encouraged Tesla employees to unionize.

Union, they are pissed Tesla doesn't want them and workers apparently denied them, so let's get some disgruntles and cause problems.
