Nintendo says future acquisitions would be driven by ‘tech innovation’
Nintendo has said that any potential acquisitions it makes would be driven by the company’s need to keep pace with “rapidly advancing technological innovation”. President Shuntaro Furukawa discussed the company’s plans for its ¥1 trillion ($9.2 billion) war chest during a press conference following Thursday’s publication of its full-year earnings results.
