Kim Davis Loses In Court Again

Kim Davis, the infamous Kentucky clerk sent to jail on contempt of court charges for refusing a federal judge's order to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples, has lost her latest appeal of the judge's decision. Davis argued that the judge's decision should only apply to the four couples who sued for the right to attain licenses and not all couples seeking licenses.

    There is another post gaining popularity right here...about the Origin's of Species. A small impact on thinking, the basic tenant being environments change, and those changes impact survival. Those are mostly environmental, but always disruptive forces in the status quo. Eliminating options eliminates options. Though I suspect this is not this women's motivation. Religion...mostly form around survival.
