Ubuntu opens the door to talking with Linux Mint about Snap

Ubuntu explains its position about the Chromium Snap. Canonical would welcome the chance to talk with Linux Mint about their issues with Snap.

    Going off topic here,I have wondered about the below for years and its nice to have an answer.

    Frank Karlitschek said, at 2019's Linux Application Summit (LAS), it's hard for ISVs to make Linux desktop programs, so there are only four or five-hundred Linux apps compared to tens of thousands on macOS and Windows.
