The OPM breach deepens: 5.6 million federal employees' fingerprints stolen
There's still "only" 21.5-million federal employees whose personnel data have been stolen, but the Office of Personnel Management now admits that they've found that the number of individuals whose fingerprints were swiped is up to 5.6 million.

I'll add to this that the Federal government spinmeisters are under the delusion that "the ability to misuse fingerprint data is limited." Guys, with this data, anyone with a tech clue can crack any fingerprint scanner on the planet. Heck, I could do it, and while I may be highly technically, I'm also a klutz.
Oh, and by the way, I'm one of the people who's fingerprints might be in Beijing right now and you Still Haven't Told Us if OUR records were exposed or not.
