Robotic falcon will chase birds at Canadian airport
Canada's Edmonton International Airport handles about 168,000 flights annually, so it's vitally important that birds aren't smacking into flying aircraft or getting sucked into their engines. Soon, a robotic falcon known as Robird will enter service to scare those birds away.

I'd enjoy one of these that just went after starlings. I hate starlings.
You have mentioned your dislike of starlings a few times....so I looked up why...http://www.audubon.org/news/birdist-rule-72-its-okay-hate-starlings...I didn't know about them.
