Is Microsoft already killing off Windows 7?
It sure looks like it’s regretting promising 18 more months of support for Windows 10’s biggest competitor.

I'm hoping this will stimulate users to leave Windows altogether. Linux may get more market share because of this.
Sure,they are going to try and force people,one way or the other to W10. How well it will work for them is another thing. Meanwhile,Google's Linux based gizmos have done very well for themselves over the years. That being said,I'd use them if I did not mistrust Google as much as I mistrust Microsoft,so there ya go. I left XP for Linspire 13 years ago and after some distro hopping,went to Ubuntu, where I have stayed.
