Another way to check the version is
1) Select the Start button
2) Find Settings, System, and Then About
3) Open About Settings
4) Under Device Specifications > System type, see if you are running a 32-bit version or 64-bit version of the Window
5) Under Windows Specifications, check out the edition and version of windows your machine is running
