I tried to remember this short for several years. I went to several websites and forums to try to identify it but to no avail. Thankfully I asked Amid Amidi from the CartoonBrew website and the next day he sent me the answer: "Possibly thinking of Piet Kroon's ´Dada´?" Wow. It is true what they say about him. He probably knows most cartoons ever made. And if he doesn´t know one, he might at least know a person who knows about it.
