A TEEN who shot to international fame thanks to his enormous face tattoo has been pictured working in a high-visibility vest in New Zealand. Mark Cropp, 19, made headlines around the world when he spoke about the difficulty of getting a job with the huge “DEVAST8” tattoo that covered the bottom half of his face.
