Man awarded for bravery in preventing explosion at gas station
Arsene Fitsulaev has been awarded by the local office and rescue team for his bravery shown in preventing a fuel tanker exploding after a car, driven by an idiot, clipped the tanker pipes causing fuel and gas to escape. Arsene Fitsulaev can be seen running to the tanker closing valves and preventing the inevitable fire from entering the tank and exploding. The driver of the car never stopped after causing the whole debacle.
