I still fail to understand how a company as large as Comcast, with years of other streaming services modeling how it can (and perhaps how it should) work, can't seem to come up with a decent service to offer its customers.
The conspiracy theorist part of my brain says they're making this service terrible to push people into just getting their normal cable tv offerings.
The more rational part of my brain says they're just inept. Hanlon's Razor and all
It just baffles me. I mean, even if they are trying to drive their customers toward the already-existing and crappy cable offerings, revealing another crappy service as their 'advertisement' is just... hard to grasp.
Some of the mainstream articles I were reading tried to cover up how horrible it really is until 2/3rds through the article. Comcast almost had me excited until I read the details.
