Locking your computer using a USB drive

Let me take you to a Sci-Fi world. Meh! You're working on your laptop/computer and have a lot of apps, tabs and software open. You now need to go save the world for a moment. But as you're a Super-hero, it won't take long, hence, shutting down everything is not your style. What do you do? Windows + L? Nah! You're a super-hero! You just unplug the USB thumb drive from your computer and go on killing villains. Plain and simple!
