The Ridiculous Writing Myth You Need to Stop Believing to Be a Better Writer
I was left a negative response on a post I recently wrote, it went something like this: “I cannot believe as a writer you didn’t edit this piece before posting it. There’s so many grammar and spelling mistakes I couldn’t help but laugh while reading it. I guess I did learn one thing — not to follow any of your advice. My goodness!” Funny thing is, I couldn’t help but laugh while reading such a response. I’m a writer, not an editor. I gave up on the myth of perfect writing a few months ago and you should too.
