Ng Lai-ying had previously told the court that she yelled "indecent assault" out of fear immediately after chief inspector Chan's hand landed on her left breast when he failed to grab the strap of her bag, the South China Morning Post reported.
But magistrate Michael Chan Pik- kiu said she "used her female identity to trump up the allegation that the officer had molested" her, calling that a malicious act and harming the officer's reputation, the Post reported earlier.
Weird. Judging by the quotes chosen, it doesn't look like anyone involved actually says she assaulted the police officer with her breast. Rather, the judge says she lied about being molested when the police officer accidentally touched her breast.
Feels like there's something missing in the article.

Very telling that what would be considered "radical-left" policies per the article would be deemed "centrist" or "center-left" mainstream policies in most of the industrialized Western world. You know your Left-Right axis is out of whack when something as basic as unions having the effective right to bargain collectively is considered "radically liberal".
