Warnings of new storm to arrive on Thursday

MANILA -- The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Monday that a mixture of sunny and rainy weather will continue to prevail across the country. Pagasa weather forecaster Shaira Nonot said cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms will be experienced over Mindanao and the provinces of Mindoro and Palawan due to the presence of intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ).
