    Definitely not for beginners here. If you are new to strength training make sure you get a good foundation with a beginner program before trying something like this...

    So it says 3-6 days, and the article portion mentioned 6 days a week. There are 5 day programs so what's everyone think, Workouts 1-5, 1 day rest, repeat? That's how my mind is organizing it. Hell of a program
