That is just insane that they laundered more than 70 million for them. Almost sounds like the police enjoyed the lavish lifestyle the sting was providing for them and didn't want to give it up. Even after the tips that took 30 million out of the cartel's pocket they still come out in the black. Just seems amazing that there is little to no over site in something of this magnitude.
