I wonder how they plan on handling differences between countries, and where their limit is for allowing applications. Blocking some at request of individual countries, organizations, or others could have negative repercussions.
Doesn't seem to hard of a problem for steam. Just detect where the user is from (I think it even makes you check a box to confirm as well) and remove the item from your page.
Well it won't be allowed from the Oculus store. There will probably still be a way to make all sorts of crazy things happen on those goggles.
