Preparations for Rio Olympics ‘the Worst,’ Committee Official Says

I'm certainly not surprised. With this and the FIFA cup being in Qatar in 2022, you have to wonder what goes into making the decision about where to hold big events like this. Is it truly about the location or is it more about the money?
