It's not the most important meal of the day,that was just ad spam to make people eat cereal so cereal companies could make more money.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, oh no, now it isn't. Grilled meats are healthy, oh no, now they might cause cancer. And on and on and on. I'm pretty sure these things are just set to change every few years.
