IS has new ID cards
ISIS is intent on creating an Islamic caliphate and reports show they are becoming increasingly organised in the process. In an effort to bolster the perceived legitimacy of their self-proclaimed caliphate, the group is handing out IS identification cards to those under their rule. While the group has attempted to administer ID cards in the past, images have surfaced on Twitter this week showing new and more sophisticated versions.
