      What exactly is "the whole purpose"? The original idea for TLDs is out of date. If it were up to me, TLDs wouldn't be predefined. Why not let the registrant choose that bit as well?

      Or just be done with TLDs altogether. Why do I need "snapzu.com" when just "snapzu" would do?
