The X-Files Revival Will Premiere in January 2016
The premiere date is out there: Fox has just announced that its new six-episode revival of The X-Files will premiere Sunday, January 24, at 10 p.m., immediately after the network’s broadcast of the NFL championship game. The next night, Mulder and Scully will settle in for a five-week run Mondays at 8 p.m. The two-night premiere scheduling strategy is one Fox has used to great success in the past, most notably for many seasons of 24.
