All the more reason to start using and/or enhance encryption(s) on your equipment and all of your data streams, wheteher it is communication, downloading and whatever else you use the internet and your equipment for. But then again, looking at Meta, Google, Apple, Microsoft et al, it's not that you had anything close to privacy. Allthough they are optional, most people don't know and/or don't care.
