I just discovered this movie and watched it the other day. A hauntingly drawn/painted animation. The art work is delightful, cute and breathtakingly beautiful. Sometimes, animated watercolours. The story is based on Irish faery tales in a modern setting. It got 99% on rotten tomatoes.
