I've only ever met one circumcised penis and she's right, it does hurt. Sprog recoiled in horror when he learnt that most American males are circumcised as newborns. "Was I?" Haha no. One gets to know quite a bit about foreskins when changing the nappy of an owner, in a whole different way. Nifty piece of kit.
Oh yes, smegma is best when fresh. If it's lumpy, rinse well. :)
Edit: No wonder that most men I know don't much like condoms. They say it reduces sensation. However, condoms have benefits for women other than disease prevention. So much cleaner. Heh.
