Do 3D Films Make you Dizzy – or is it Just Your Imagination?
The realism of today’s 3D blockbusters can blow audiences away. By using 3D glasses to present different images to the two eyes, stereoscopic 3D technology fools the brain into believing it is viewing a real scene rather than a flat image on a screen. Yet 3D has not become as popular as some might have hoped. Many people say watching 3D gives them unpleasant side-effects such as headache or nausea.

Interesting, I have never claimed to get dizzy during a 3D movie, nor do I know anyone who makes that claim. I do however sometimes get splitting headaches from them and also know others who say the same. Well I guess I fall into the 10% of people adversely effected by 3D movies.
I get headaches,really bad headaches and sometimes nausea. Some technologies are worse for me. The one with the battery driven glasses are much worse. If I keep taking the glasses off I can hold off the headaches for longer.
