Man who beheaded mother granted day pass in Toronto, goes missing
Toronto Police are warning residents to stay away from a 54-year-old man who is missing from a mental health institution. Thomas Brailsford was granted a day pass from the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and was last seen at about 10 a.m. Monday. Police are describing him as "unlawfully at large."
