We won't be paying you, but we also won't stop selling the tickets because we're 4th in the Nation at playing... so basically they are robbing the customers. You have something like 180 days to turn in your ticket before it becomes invalid, what are they doing about that? Are you required to turn in your ticket and just hope they don't "lose or misplace" it while they hold the money hostage?
