1980 Alfa Romeo 179B F1 racing car on auction in Paris
F1 fans will probably turn green with envy at the lucky person that will pick up an 1980 Alfa Romeo 179B Formula One racing car at the RM Auction in Paris. Ferrari is no doubt the name on everyone's lips when Italian racing history is discussed but few will remember that Alfa Romeo was once an engine supplier and also won two driver's championships. Enzo Ferrari even started his racing career as an Alfa Romeo driver before becoming the team's racing manager.
