That would be the single dumbest thing they could ever do, if they launch a nuke at anyone then their lifeline and protector China will invade them so fast it won't be funny, China isn't letting go of that buffer zone and could mobilize probably faster than the US troops, although we do have 30,000 on the peninsula already.
