It's only half shredded.
Did Banksy intend to completely shred it? Did they pull it off the wall and stop it half way? Enquiring minds want to know.
Wouldn't that sort of thing decrease the value of his art (or at least, decrease demand for it, which comes to almost the same thing?) If people thought that the art might destruct one day or something like that, then I'm betting they might not want to buy it.
