the program is funding IVF and awareness raising of the declining birth rate. IVF is funded due to a higher rate of inrefertililty with a number of causes including delaying child birth until later years when fertility has naturally declined.
This is interesting. Is infertility a common trait among Parsi, or is that just one aspect of the program? The article listed many problems that have caused the population decline, but what all is the program doing exactly?
