Videos from the fatal shooting of teenager Paul O'Neal by Chicago police show officers firing down a street as O'Neal sped away from them in a reportedly stolen car and, moments later, officers handcuffing O'Neal as he lay mortally wounded behind a South Shore home.

And the people living on the street! Really idiots with guns.
The cop who fired down the street needs to be charged with every crime he committed. He endangered multiple people and every one of those is a crime. What a moron. We just watched a completely out-of-control murderous thug on a rampage. He doesn't care about his actions because he feels like his gun and badge will protect him from justice. Cops need to be held accountable for their actions.
