Large keratin plug after 10 weeks

I should probably mention at this juncture that although I am keen on removing my own zits and blackheads when I get them, I am not particularly fussed about them when they are out. Straight into the bin they go, stuck to a piece of loo roll. For me the fun is in the extraction not the contents, but sometimes you gotta take the rough with the smooth.
And there is no way on earth that I could have left that thing to grow for 10 whole weeks.
