He says himself that we should turn the volume up to get the full benefit of the gurgling as he expels the pus. But after the minute or so it takes him to get the camera sorted, we can see the really rather large hole in his buttock. So large that I worry that he will lose too much of the muscle if he doesn't get the thing professionally seen to asap.
