My local cemetery contains a headstone marking the remains of the deceased removed and re-interred in Higher Cemetery when the cemetery in the centre of town was redeveloped for commercial reasons. Higher Cemetery had also got into a state of disrepair, but a few years ago health and safety decided that the leaning gravestones were too big a risk since there was a case of somebody somewhere being damaged by one that fell over. So now they are all upright and tidy again.
