The cop clearly had one. Stopped this killer in under a minute, apparently.
If they don't know why dudes go bat shit crazy on college campuses like that,they label it "terrorism" and call it a day. But if a dude blows up an abortion clinic,he's just having a bad hair day. Meanwhile,our snooping overlords have yet to stop one terrorist attack.. Funny how that works.
