That was my thought. They would own about 75% of the market then. I don't see the FCC approving that as it would most certainly be a monopoly but they have before. I wonder if InBev and Miller-Coors are that worried by the craft brewers or if they just want to cement their place on top.
I think they are worried about both the reasons you stated. Craft beer is a growing market.
