Free TV for Life is Here, and it May Even be Legal
The online ads sound too good to be true. "Say goodbye to your cable bills and get your TV for free," boasts an advertisement for the Free TV Box in Canada. A U.S. company promotes its TV box as the "cable killer."

They've been selling these boxes for years on various sites, geekbuying, ebay, amazon even. Until recently when KODI started going nuclear to distance themselves from the illegal plugins(US)/grey plugins(CA).
KODI have announced plans to go after anybody using their name to sell these devices, because they are tired of being accused of piracy when they have nothing to do with these copyright grey addons. From what I understand they are using their trademarks to stop them, you'll notice they never mentioned the device is running KODI with third party plugins because they send out cease & desist orders for that.
Isn't the antenna considered 'free' TV?
Could one just run this though their computer?
Based on the picture it's a box that runs KODI Media player and has TVAddOns addons|plugins|apps whatever you want to call them. In that case yes, you can do it on your computer.
