Flooding Sweeps East Amid 'Mind-Boggling' Rains
Flash flooding intensified in some areas of the East on Sunday as unrelenting torrential rain and high winds blamed for at least five deaths swept across much of the battered region.

"The weather service's Charleston office reported "mind-boggling rain amounts so far." Shortly after 9 a.m, they included 24-plus inches in Boone Hall and 18-plus inches near Kiawah."
That is astounding. It's such a shame this was not delivered to California instead. Lots of rain here,but everything is ok so far..More rain next week.
Half of the roads are out where I'm at, and the governor's probably going to issue a curfew. It feels like Atlantis here!
