Eastern Pacific's Invest 91E A Threat to Mexico

An area of disturbed weather in the record-warm Pacific waters off the south coast of Mexico may become Tropical Storm Sandra by Wednesday, potentially becoming a hurricane and threatening the coast of Mexico this weekend near the tip of the Baja Peninsula.
