Backers often face long delays for crowdfunded products

She’s discovered a potentially dangerous food dye in a corn chip and gluten in a chocolate truffle. The short video, which seems more science fiction than reality, was a part of a crowdfunding campaign to finance production of a device called the TellSpec.
