A man found 54 human hands in the snow. Russia says they’re probably just trash.
A Russian fisherman found a bag of 54 human hands on a small island in the Amur River. The Russian government said the macabre discovery was likely not criminal, and the hands were probably improperly disposed of from a nearby forensic lab.
