You're trying to tell me that Texas officials can't find American made drugs that will kill you. Just go to any street corner in America and buy a couple bags of H, problem solved. If you don't know what H is don't worry, the guy on the street corner will set you up. Hard to understand how Texas officials are having such a hard time at this, American drugs are killing people every day. Will someone tell Trump that texas is buying drugs from India.
The Supreme Court has held that only certain drug combinations are somehow, magically, constitutional for executions. If you’re a more civilized country, say one that’s has seen state-sanctioned murder as barbaric for generations, and you find you’re the only available source of a drug used in those executions, banning export of those drugs for that purpose would be the only moral choice.
