    I think they would sue over that rule and the only way it will survive is opt out, much like a lot of other stuff. Verizon when they got hit with that super cookie thing, they were required to make an opt out. When ATT decided to deep packet inspect your traffic, you have to opt out and pay a fee. I just feel like they'll do everything possible to make it opt out and not publicize it leaving the majority of people opted in.

    Plus, all they really need to do is run down the clock and hope the republican party grabs the white house and retains control of the Senate. Then all of a sudden the FCC is 3-2 Republican and the republicans can get rid of net neutrality altogether along with passing laws to block it in the future. I'm not saying it's happening I'm just saying what they are hoping for.
